We also offer a range of online fitness classes to keep you active, feeling stronger and leaner, and more toned and flexible. Viva Life to You is a great alternative or addition to the studio-based classes.

Introducing our Diamond Creek Studio
DIAMOND CREEK
Yarrambat studio is our newest venue, and we are really proud of the improvements we have made to this studio.
Located at Shop 1, 28 Kurrak Road, Yarrambat, VIC 3091 we have just renovated the studio and also updated our equipment.
With a range of new classes and teachers, we have already begun bringing the Viva life to this studio. We have a limited-time introductory offer.
